The aim of the consultation is to find out whether we are the best place to help you. The consultation will take about 45 minutes. It is a big investment of our time and resources but we want to make sure we can help you. Because we have a waiting list for these appointments we take a deposit of £35 which can be used on your first appointment if you decide to go ahead with care. If we find we can't help you , or you decide that you do not want treatment, we will refund the deposit. If you don't turn up for your appointment or give us less than 24 hours notice of cancellation you will lose the deposit If that is OK with you please fill in the form and we will contact you as soon as possible |
